Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Manager. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department's efforts to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to develop their sales skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with senior sales managers to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- 2. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and prospecting. Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities for the sales team to pursue.
- 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their requirements and preferences, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- 4. Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
- 5. Sales Administration: Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and quotations. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all required paperwork.
- 6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Provide insights to senior sales managers to help formulate effective sales strategies.
- 7. Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data, track progress against targets, and generate regular sales reports for management review.
- 8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and customer service to align strategies and provide input on customer preferences and market demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
