About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong connections with life insurers, while leveraging your expertise in the industry to drive sales and meet revenue targets. Your ability to connect with C-level executives and build relationships will be crucial in expanding our client base

Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and nurture strong connections with life insurers: Utilize your extensive network and industry knowledge to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the life insurance sector. Leverage these connections to promote our products and services effectively.
  2. Connect with C-level executives: Engage with senior-level executives within life insurance companies, such as CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs. Understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can add value to their organizations.
  3. Individual contributor role: As an individual contributor, you will have the autonomy to drive your sales efforts independently. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.
  4. Utilize analytics background: Leverage your analytical skills and background to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and create data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance.
  5. Experience in small/medium companies: Your experience working in small to medium-sized companies will be valuable in understanding the unique challenges and dynamics of these organizations. Adapt your sales approach accordingly to effectively address their specific needs.
  6. Minimum 3 years experience in life insurance system sales: Demonstrate a solid track record of success in selling life insurance systems, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Your in-depth understanding of the life insurance industry and its systems will enable you to articulate the benefits of our solutions convincingly.
  7. Location preference: Ideally, you should reside west of the Mississippi. This is to ensure convenient access to clients and prospects within your territory.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience and success in life insurance system sales, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Strong connections and network within the life insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with C-level executives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data in sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team when required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the unique requirements of small/medium-sized companies.
  • Residence west of the Mississippi.
