About The Position
Atidot is an award-winning insurtech, solving industry problems using AI. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and dynamic professional to join our growing team. As a Revenue Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with life insurers and annuity writers, while leveraging your expertise in the industry to drive Atidot growth. Your ability to connect with senior executives and build relationships will be crucial in communicating our AI-driven value proposition to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong connections with life insurers and annuity writers: Utilize your network and industry knowledge to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the life insurance and annuity sector. Leverage these connections to promote our unique AI-based products and services effectively.
- Connect with executives: Engage with senior-level executives, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our solutions can add value to their organizations.
- Individual contributor role: As an individual contributor, you will have the autonomy to drive your revenue efforts independently. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.
- Utilize analytics background: Leverage your analytical skills and background to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and create data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Understand and communicate Atidot value proposition: Your understanding of the life insurance and annuity industry and its products, systems, and solutions will enable you to articulate the benefits of our solutions convincingly.
- Location and travel considerations: most of our clients are East-coast based and 10-25% travel is expected
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience and success in life insurance system sales, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Strong connections and network within the life insurance and annuity industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with life insurance and annuity executives
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data in sales strategies
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
