We’re growing and looking for a top talented Data Scientist to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- End to end data science cycle: designing, training, implementing, evaluating and monitoring machine learning models
- Customer Churn Model, Forecasting, Segmentation, Classification and Regression
- Collaborate with product managers and customers to understand business needs and build solutions together
- Effectively identify and apply analytics, causal inference, experimentation, and machine learning techniques for given business problems
- Present your research and insights to all levels of the company (English is a must)
What are we looking for:
- +3 years professional experience in Machine Learning
- BSc in Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Physics or equivalent (MSc / PhD – advantage)
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Industry experience from inception to production of ML models (such as time series, clustering, regression and classification algorithms)
- Strong skills in data exploration, analysis, and visualization
- Team player, positive attitude, collaborative, good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience breaking down a large problem into smaller, manageable components. Makes things happen
It will also be great if you have:
- Experience in Insurance or Fintech
- Experience working with reporting tools such as PowerBi/Tableau
